Ward-Young provided facility programming and architectural design services for a 3-story, steel framed medical office building totaling 30,000 square feet. The building provides out-patient services, a pharmacy, and medical office tenant space.  Built prior to the USGBC LEED certification process, this project was the recipient of a grant from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) for incorporating sustainable design features, including daylighting to nearly all interior spaces, lighting controls, cool roof, HVAC energy management system, bicycle racks, and on-site stormwater management.
