OLYMPIC VALLEY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT ADMIN. & FIRE STATION

This 27,000 square foot building was designed and constructed for the Olympic Valley Public Service District administration headquarters and for the Olympic Valley Fire Department’s fire station. The building includes administrative offices, a community meeting room, utility operations and crew facilities, and a fire station with living quarters. The project also includes a 4,000 square foot utility vehicle storage building. Ward-Young’s services included programming (needs analysis) for the District and Fire Department needs. Ward-Young worked closely with the client’s general contractor, engaged during design, to refine the project scope and budget.
