Ward-Young was responsible for the overall project coordination, master planning and architectural design from the inception of the project in 1983 to its completion in 1990. The design encompassed a total of 810 units, 50,000 square feet of commercial/retail/restaurant space, 33,000 square feet of conference space, 150,000 square feet of structured parking, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, ice-rink, two chairlifts, and a horizontal aerial transport lift to link to the existing ski area base facilities.
