BERGHEM HOME

TRUCKEE, CA

This 2,950 square foot home is located near Donner Lake in Truckee, CA. The clients desired a design that blends Scandinavian Modern with the vernacular architecture of Sea Ranch on the California Coast. The plan is organized with three radial spokes – garage, living, and bedrooms. The dining room and main patio form a courtyard space between the living and bedroom wings, with a private roof deck above.
