SHAB MASHHOON

Shab leads the firm’s 3D modeling, Revit, and VR initiatives, collaborating with consultants and producing detailed construction drawings for residential and select commercial projects. She also plays an active role in onboarding and training new team members, developing firm-wide standards, and maintaining the Revit family library. Additionally, Shab manages updates to the firm’s website and social media presence.

Outside of work, Shab enjoys life in Northwest Reno with her husband and their three dogs—Birch, Maple, and Koa. Her free time is often spent coding, hiking, paddleboarding, snowshoeing, strength training, and discovering new foods or travel destinations.
