Lydia makes sure we have great places to work. Her responsibilities necessitate that she juggles many diverse tasks to support of the firm’s operations and provide for the staff’s needs. From administrative tasks to IT assistance to social chair to business development support, Lydia has been doing it all with competence, efficiency, and cheerfulness since joining our team in 2013.

Lydia and her husband are native southern Californians who moved to Truckee in 2005. Lydia is a proud mom of two busy daughters and is the Girl Scout leader for each of their troops.  In 2018 Lydia was awarded the Volunteer of Excellence Award with Girl Scouts. She currently juggles a board position along with leadership of her troops.  When Lydia is not working or playing her part in Girl Scouts, she can be found in a quiet place enjoying a book, or hiking through the beauty that Tahoe has to offer.
