The Natural Resource Management Center l is primarily a golf course maintenance facility for two golf courses.  It includes an 11,000 s.f. building for vehicle and equipment maintenance, repair, and storage, as well as for administrative offices and crew facilities and an island canopy with 2 fuel bays and 2 wash bays, material storage bins, an irrigation pump house and parking.  NRMC ll is a 12,000 s.f. building that houses the administration and operations headquarters for the resort’s property management and IT departments, as well as provides additional golf course equipment storage.  NRMC l received LEED certification and Audubon Signature Status.
