Background:
Tim is Principal-in-Charge of design, architectural illustrations, master planning, and conceptual master planning for Ward-Young.
While Tim is in charge of the firm's office in Lafayette, California, he is also involved with projects in the Tahoe area. In Lafayette, he served on the Lafayette Planning Comission and is currently a Commissioner of the Design Review Board.
Tim has served as a professional consultant to the Northstar Design Review Committee. His design work has been published in Interiors, Sunset Magazine, Tahoe World, Koppers national advertising campaign, Northstar Style, Builder Magazine, and Better Homes and Gardens. Currently Tim is developing new multi-family building types as well as mixed use projects throughout the Bay Area.

Background:
Larry's responsibilities include Principal-in-Charge of planning and practice management. He has traveled in the French Alps and to most of the mountain resorts in the western United States for the study of development strategy and facilities design of mountain resort projects.
Larry currently serves on the Town of Mammoth Lakes Community Development Department's Advisory Design Panel. In the past, he has served on the Kirkwood Resort Master Owner's Association Design Review Board, the steering committees of the North Tahoe/Truckee Resort Triangle A.I.A.-R/UDAT, and the Truckee/North Tahoe Transit Management Association. He has also served as President of the Truckee Downtown Merchants Association.

Since joining Ward-Young in 1984, Robert's primary responsibilities have included project management, quality control of construction documents, and staff supervision. He is talented in coordinating a multi-disciplined team of consultants for complex projects. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable in building and life safety codes and the interpretation and applicability of the codes in building design.

Background:
Don's primary responsibilities with Ward-Young include design, project management, and practice management. He has over twenty-five years experience in the design and construction of projects in the Tahoe Basin and is familiar with the project design and review requirements of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and Placer County for both residential and commercial projects. Other areas of expertise include construction document production and quality control, and construction contract administration.
In addition to his responsibilities at Ward-Young, Don is active in the North Lake Tahoe Community. He currently serves on the Tahoe City Design Review Committee, the Bear Creek Valley Board, and is Chairman of the Citizen's Design Advisory Committee for the recently completed Tahoe City Sidewalk Project. He was named Co-Citizen of the Year 1999-2000 by the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association/Chamber of Commerce for his efforts on the Tahoe City Sidewalk Project.
Since joining Ward-Young in 1992, Ted's primary responsibilities have been to provide complete architectural services, beginning with initial project design and presentation continuing through to construction documentation and administration. Ted has served as primary designer on numerous projects, both large and small scale with multiple building types and uses.

Background:
Since joining Ward-Young in 1990, Ron’s primary responsibilities have included project management, consultant team coordination, construction documents, and code compliance review. Ron has over twelve years of experience in commercial project management of various sizes up to ten million dollars. Ron has been the project architect on several educational facilities that are subject to the approval of the Division of the State Architect and awarded through the public bid process. Other projects in which Ron has been involved include numerous public agencies and ski resorts in the Tahoe region. Ron coordinates and prepares the technical specifications on both commercial and residential projects.

Background:
Mike began working for Ward-Young in 1992. His primary responsibilities include design development, construction documents, project management, and contract administration. Mike also represents the firm at public meetings during the project approval process, thereby, providing job continuity from beginning to end. He is currently managing several large mixed-use projects combining such uses as storage facilities, retail, office and residential units. Mike looks forward to developing innovative architectural solutions for the ever-changing demands placed on his profession.

Having spent over fifteen years in the North Lake Tahoe area, Dave has gained experience in both hands-on construction and architectural offices. In addition to this time in Tahoe, his extensive study and travel in Europe, Asia, and the United States give him the depth of experience necessary to understand complex architectural issues.
